Journey to Fitness

i decided to keep a journal on my jourrney to fitness.

procrastination is always my biggest obstacle in life. it plays a big role in my journey to keep fit.

let me get things straight first, i'm not fat. i'm just slightly not proportionate, what you would call a pear-shaped body. my top portion is a small size, my lower portion is a medium and sometimes large size. my fats are deposited clearly at my belly, my buttocks and my thighs. i'm pretty tall, hence able to camouflage with my dressing most of the time. however, vision cannot lie every time i stare into my mirror.

the other reason i want to keep fit other than vanity, is for health reason. i realised that i am not doing much exercise. my stamina is getting from bad to worse. the other day i was swimming, i realised that i was panting a lot. my new year's resolution is to keep fit, by doing exercise 3 times a week.

did a quick measurement of my size:
waist - 31 hips - 37 thighs - 21.5 calves - 13

my ideal:
waist - 28 hips - 32 thighs - 27 calves - 9

went to the driving range today. hit 125 balls. perspire a little, wonder if that's consider part of an exercise.

ate farfelle with cream of mushroom for breakfast and prawn noodles for lunch. wonder if that's a good dieting meal...
